Off Script 2025, Queenstown

Wednesday 12 - Thursday 13 November, 2025

Not just another retreat.

Two game-changing days of strategy + execution. Because lets be honest, most of us never get time to work on the business, only in it.

The ultimate backdrop for deep work and big thinking.

Off Script is an exclusive experience for forward-thinking leaders, founders, and decision-makers who want to step away from the noise, rethink what’s next, and connect with other top-tier minds—without the usual corporate fluff.

Think deep strategy sessions, high-caliber conversations, and immersive experiences designed to challenge perspectives, spark ideas, and push boundaries.

But this isn’t just about inspiration—it’s about execution.

You won’t just leave with new ideas—you’ll leave with tangible assets to elevate your brand and business.

  • A refined speaker kit

  • Updated headshots that actually look like you

  • A strategic blueprint for your next big move (maybe even an outline for your book)

What to expect

A world-class winery. Where your 2026 roadmap comes together over a glass of Pinot.

Brand & marketing assets—done. Professional headshots, content creation, and a strategy to finally get your online presence dialed in.

Your signature framework—built. Systemise your expertise into assets that scale and monetise.

Elite-level feedback & execution. A curated group of high-calibre professionals pushing your ideas forward.

And, for the ambitious… The Queenstown Marathon Festival [optional, but highly encouraged]

Who it’s for

Consultants & advisors who want to develop or refine their signature framework, so they can package their expertise into scalable, monetisable assets.

Entrepreneurs & business owners looking to productise their knowledge, streamline operations, and create leverage, instead of constantly trading time for money.

Service-based professionals [coaches, strategists, advisors] ready to expand beyond one-on-one work by building assets like online programs, licensing models, or thought leadership platforms.

Leaders who want to scale their authority by updating their speaker kit, media assets, and content strategy—so they can confidently step into bigger opportunities.

Executors. This isn’t about “more ideas.” It’s about getting real feedback, making strategic decisions, and walking away with tangible assets that move your business forward.

And yes… those who love a little luxury while doing the deep work.

❌ Not for: Brand-new business owners or those still figuring out their product-market fit

About your hosts

  • Petra Zink is an Executive Brand and Grown Advisor, and author of The Trusted Authority.

As a Consultant & Coach on all things Personal & Employer Branding, Career Development & Growth for the Future of Work, I have had the pleasure to work with many leading companies and their senior staff. I have been featured in various publications, incl Forbes, news.com.au, CEO Magazine, Marie Claire, hashtagHR, the Business Women Media.

I have spoken at leading conferences like Disrupt HR, HackingHR, LearnX, Australian HR Summit, genYou events.

This is all possible because of Personal Branding, which is why I’m so excited about all things Personal Branding, the Future of Work and Careers.

  • Mel is the CEO and Founder of Hey Mel! Communication & Training, a small but energetic agency supporting clients around Australia and across the world.

I’m a former corporate communication executive who took a redundancy, started my own business, and never looked back.

Now, I run a thriving agency with a team of incredible professionals, doing big stuff for businesses of all shapes and sizes. I travel Australia and the world, speaking and facilitating workshops.

But before all of this happened, I knew I wasn’t cut out for the corporate life. I loved creating training programs to build people’s comms skills; facilitating meetings to get to a clear framework or path forward; and developing creative and thoughtful communication strategies. And I knew I could do a lot more of what I loved, working with diverse brands, if I left the safety blanket of a full-time job behind and ventured out on my own. I craved more flexibility, less hierarchy, and a lot more adventure!

It’s been a lot of hard lessons learned, but also some incredible wins and opportunities. And I’m proud to say I’ve built a reputation along the way for being someone who can engage people at all levels of experience, and help cut through the overwhelm to create clarity.

When I’m not doing all of that, I love training at the gym, and teaching group fitness. I’m also a qualified yoga teacher and personal trainer, and love using these skills to empower people to feel their strongest selves, inside and out.
